Return & Exchange

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. That’s why we allow you to open and inspect your items while the courier waits at your door.

All exchanges must be initiated and completed at the time of delivery. Once the courier leaves, the sale is considered final, and no further returns will be accepted.

 

Conditions for Exchange at Delivery

 

  • Inspection: You may open and inspect your items for size, defects, or incorrect items before the courier leaves.

  • Item Condition: Items must be exchanged immediately and remain in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, clean, and with all tags attached.

  • Final Sale: Discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

 

Exchange Process & Fees

 

  • Defective or Incorrect Item: If the item delivered is defective or incorrect (e.g., wrong product sent), the exchange for the correct item will be completed at the door, and any associated shipping fees will be covered by the company.

  • Personal Preference Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or change your mind about the color (if applicable) at the door, you will be responsible for the replacement shipping fee for the new item.

  • No Refunds: As exchanges are completed solely at the time of delivery, we do not offer refunds for purchases.

 

Important Note

 

By accepting the package from the courier and allowing them to leave, you confirm that your order is correct and meets your satisfaction. No  returns will be accepted after the courier departs.
